We offer a 14-day "Risk-Free - Money Back Guarantee." If you receive an item and change your mind within 14 days, you're eligible for a full refund.

For refunds requested after 14 days due to a faulty or damaged product, we ask that you provide images or videos showing the issue and a brief explanation of the delay in reporting it. According to Australian Consumer Law, there’s no time limit on refunds for faulty items, but we encourage you to report issues promptly.

Refunds do not apply after 14 days if:

  • You received the order and changed your mind.
  • The order was placed by mistake and reported after 14 days.
  • You found a cheaper price elsewhere.
  • The product was misused in a way that caused damage or used against our advice.
  • You decided the product was no longer needed.
  • You knew or were informed of any faults prior to purchase.

Please handle our products carefully, as they may be delicate. Damage caused by exposure to harmful substances or liquids, especially after the 14-day period, is not eligible for return.

Often, we can issue refunds without requiring a product return. In such cases, we still ask that the product remains in good condition. For a refund based on a change of mind within the first 14 days, the item must be in good physical condition.

If we request a return, we will provide a return address. Should your refund fall within our policy, we will reimburse the return shipping cost (you'll need to pay it initially), provided a valid receipt is shown to us. We reimburse via bank transfer or PayPal.

Once your refund is processed, expect the funds to reach your payment method within 5-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the funds have not arrived within 10 business days, please contact your bank and then reach out to us for further assistance.

We cover return shipping costs for faulty products if we ask you to return them. If you request a refund within 14 days and we request a return, we will also cover that shipping cost. Any additional return shipping requests beyond our refund policy or outside the 14-day period will be at our discretion.
